Section 1 · How you qualify

Complete all seven steps on your tracking card within the promotion period to receive one Holiday Fulfilment Voucher and one wellness pack.

1. Promoter: Headspa Stretch & Soothe and The Fixx Belmont Body Therapy, The Strand Arcade, 152 High St, Belmont VIC 3216.
2. Promotion period: 1 October to 31 December 2026, or until all 35 rewards are allocated.
3. What you receive: one Holiday Fulfilment Voucher for accommodation only, fulfilled by Redeem Vacations, plus one wellness pack (foam roller, massage ball and lupin heat pack, valued up to $65).
4. How to qualify: complete all seven steps below. Each step must be booked, attended and paid in full within the promotion period.
   • 3 × Remedial Massage (60 mins) $120 or Myotherapy (45 mins) $115 per session
   • 2 × Assisted Stretch & Remedial package (105 mins) $200 each
   • 1 × Headspa & Back Scratch package (90 mins) $235
   • 1 × Carnosine gel (Lactigo), 150ml for the price of 100ml, $85

5. Tracking card: held at reception in the original cardholder’s name; our team ticks and initials each step once completed and paid. Partners, friends and family may book under your card. The reward is issued to the person named on the card.
6. Our practitioners: our practitioners tick off client cards and are responsible only for the services they provide, not the promotion, voucher or holiday.
7. Eligibility: open to new and existing clients aged 18 and over who are Australian residents. One reward per person, in line with Redeem Vacations’ rule of one voucher per household every 12 months.
8. Payment and gift cards: gift cards cannot be used for this promotion. Steps paid with a gift card, or the purchase of a gift card, do not count. Pay in full by cash, card or bank transfer at normal prices.
9. Allocation: 35 rewards in total, first come, first served.
10. Referral bonus: for each new client (someone who has never booked at The Fixx Belmont or Headspa Stretch & Soothe before) whose visit is attended, paid in full and recorded on your card, you receive $10 voucher credit, up to $50 per card. Each new client counts once. The voucher is given to the cardholder with their reward, can be used at either business until 30 June 2027, is not exchangeable for cash and can’t be used towards steps on a Health Journey card.
11. General: rewards are non-transferable once issued and cannot be exchanged for cash. A cancelled or no-show appointment does not count towards completing your card. Your reward must be claimed within 7 days of completing your card.

Important: the voucher covers accommodation only. Flights, travel, transfers and transport are at the recipient’s own cost and arrangement.

Section 2 · From our experience, for full transparency

1. Promoter vs provider: we are promoters only, not a holiday provider or travel agent. Holidays are fulfilled solely by Redeem Vacations, a third party; once your voucher is issued we have no control over availability, properties or bookings.
2. Fees: Redeem Vacations charges mandatory booking, government tax and service fees, from recent experience approximately $190–$200 USD in total, varying by destination. Properties are revealed after payment; we recommend the down-payment option (around $30 USD) so you can view properties before committing. Read Redeem’s terms before paying.
3. Resort fees: if you choose a resort property, an additional resort fee is payable directly to the resort at check-in (typically $5–$38 per night, covering WiFi and amenities). This is standard worldwide and is not charged by us.
4. True-value guidance: in some destinations (e.g. Australia, New Zealand, Bali, Thailand) fees can equal or exceed the regular room rate. For best value, consider Europe (Paris, Italy, Greece), the USA, Fiji or the Maldives, where the room rate (up to $350 USD per night) is a genuine saving.
5. Responsibility and support: no cash value; non-transferable once issued (one per household every 12 months). For activation, availability, fee or property issues, contact Redeem Vacations directly at customersupport@redeemvacations.com; they are the only party who can assist.

Tip: consider using this voucher as part of an overseas holiday you are already planning, to make the most of your flights and travel, rather than booking flights solely for this redemption.

Section 3 · Official Redeem Vacations terms

These terms come directly from Redeem Vacations, the provider of the Holiday Fulfilment Voucher. Please read them carefully.

• To be eligible for the 5-night First-Time Visitor Puerto Plata All-Inclusive program, traveler must be between 25 and 85 years at time of travel, be legal resident of US or Canada (excluding Quebec), minimum annual household income $50,000, and possess valid major credit card.
• NO timeshare presentations required. Simply activate online by prepaying hotel taxes and fees. After activation, login and search for preferred participating resort/hotel and dates.
• Expiration pertains only to redemption/activation, not travel. Must activate within 30 days of receiving. Travel within 18 months after activation. Cannot be combined with other hotel stay or promo.
• GROUP travel NOT allowed, only one incentive per household and resort/hotel. Only 1 party among friends/family/acquaintances/groups can use for same/overlapping dates. Otherwise additional costs.
• Room types max 2 adults, at least 1 occupant over 21. Designed for couples/singles, some allow up to 2 additional children up to 12.
• Void if bartered/purchased. Cost to activate includes recovery fees, local government taxes, tourism fees vary by destination. Must have major credit/debit Visa/MC/Amex plus valid ID.
• Luxury hotel accommodation room rate free, retail valued up to $350 US per night, recipient responsible for airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, resort fees if applicable and personal expenses except Puerto Plata DR all-inclusive.
• Reservations require minimum 30 days advance notice. Based on availability, not available major holidays/resort special events. Recommend Sunday-Thursday check-ins, weekends/peak may have small surcharge.
• Activation FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, 18 months to choose dates. Once confirmed no changes allowed. Cancellations after confirmation forfeit fees.
• User must reside at least 100 miles or 160km away from destination resort.
• No cash surrender value, void if discontinued and where prohibited. Terms subject to change. Redeem reserves right to offer other hotels equal/similar value with approval.
• Do not rely upon representations other than printed.
• If awarded more than one incentive only allowed to redeem one every 12 months per household or individual and/or guests. Destination can only be redeemed once per household lifetime.

Section 4 · Consumer Information & Rights

We have taken all reasonable steps to meet known ACCC (Australian Competition & Consumer Commission) guidance and Australian Consumer Law requirements for this promotion. It is structured to avoid misleading or deceptive conduct and to clearly disclose all material conditions, third-party fees and limitations.

• Clear terms: full eligibility, the tracking card held at reception in the original cardholder’s name, the 35-reward limit, promotion dates of 1 October to 31 December 2026 or until allocated, one reward per person, gift cards not usable for this promotion, steps booked, attended and paid in full within the promotion period, and the 7-day claim period are all set out in Section 1.
• No misleading claims: we are not a travel agent, holiday provider or airline; we are promoters only. All holidays are fulfilled solely by Redeem Vacations. The room rate value of up to $350 USD per night is per Redeem’s own advertising, and we do not guarantee value. Properties are revealed after the redemption fee is paid, and we recommend the approximately $30 USD down-payment to view properties first.
• Disclosure of costs: redemption fees of approximately $190–$200 USD in total (varying by destination); resort fees of $5–$38 per night payable directly to the resort if a resort property is chosen. Flights, airfares, travel, transfers, food and beverages (except Puerto Plata DR all-inclusive), gratuities and personal expenses are not included and are the recipient’s responsibility.
• Privacy: personal details are collected for the tracking card and reward allocation only, and are not shared except as necessary with Redeem Vacations for fulfilment. We handle data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. Privacy queries: admin@thefixxbbt.com.
• Complaints: complaints about the Holiday Fulfilment Voucher, its activation, fees, availability or properties should be directed to Redeem Vacations at customersupport@redeemvacations.com or via redeemvacations.com. Unresolved matters may be referred to the ACCC or Consumer Affairs Victoria.
• Consumer rights: nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other non-excludable statutory rights.
